Thank You for Subscribing to DSL’s e-Letter

WELCOME to DSL’s Occasional e-Letter on Yoga!

First, Thank You Very Much for Subscribing!

You should have received an e-mail from me thanking you for subscribing, and a bit about Whitelisting on another page of this website.

If you did NOT see that message, maybe it got eaten by the anti-spam filters at your e-mail provider or by the e-mail program on your computer? That happens to a LOT of people. they are not getting messages they signed up for, or did not even know were headed there way, but would have liked to see if they had known about them. So if you don’t know how to do that, ou might find it useful, and not just for my emails, either. That Link About Whitelisting Again Is HERE.

You might be surprised if you open up your Junk e-mail folder and see what’s in there!

Some Other Pages: My Min-e-Courses

Now, if you have not already, you might also find great value in my FREE Min-e-Courses. They will give you what some people say are very important insights into how the human body works in health and in yoga. You’ll learn about how the human bodymind works in such a way as to give you better reasons and motivations on doing yoga, as well as sticking with it.
You’ll also have a stronger foundation to base your practice on because of the strong anatomical and physiological principles you’ll incorporate into your thinking and action.

Also, we start from a physical foundation, so everything you do has a grounding in how you move and function in day-to-day life. You’ll not be relying on mystical or supernatural principles that might or might not be relevant to you.

But no matter how “spiritual” or “religious” you are, you need to function in the Real, Physical World, and the DSL approach to Physical/Mental & Therapeutic Yoga will help you do so.

So, please check out the detailed pages on my Min-e-Courses at the following links:

If you already know you want to Subscribe to a Min-e-Course, you can go to the Fast Subscribe page right HERE.

You might also like my various pages on the Causes & Prevention of Yoga Injuries. Though not a Min-e-Course at this time, these very same principle are also what helps you maximize your results in yoga, too. The principles can be applied in Fitness & Exercise routines, as well.

If you’d like to know a bit more about me and how my system of Yoga/Bodywork Therapeutics was developed, you can go to the History & Bio Page HERE.

Thank You Again for Signing Up and Reading This Far!
